Refund and Cancelation Policies Post booking services:

1).Refund Policy: After a successful booking, if some issue arises the fund is entitled to refund to the client at various stages. However, the cancellation fees are non-refundable unless the cancellation is initiated by Nynii due to unforeseen circumstances.

2).Cancellation Period & Charges: Clients may cancel their service booking up to 1 hour before the scheduled appointment without incurring any cancellation fees. Post this period scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 30 % total service cost.

3).Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointment without incurring cancellation fees as long as the request is made within the cancellation period mentioned in point 2.

4).Cancellation Process: To cancel a service booking, clients must contact our customer service team on support@nynii.com or Phone at +91 7988 703 975 during business hours.
